Member Spotlight

Congratulations to the Travis Cooper team of the Fort St. John Curling Club. They advanced to the Juvenile International competition in Winnipeg April 2 – 5, 2008. This team of skip Travis Cooper, third Reid Johnston, second AJ Zabinsky, lead Josh Johnston and coach Bob Cooper, proceeded through the provincial undefeated. Best wishes in Winnipeg!!!

Annual General Meeting

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: Saturday Mary 24, 2008 at 10:00 am at the Grande Prairie Curling Club. Items up for discussion are Playdown venues, substitution policy for playdowns, determination of hammer at men’s and ladies districts, change of policy to allow 3 games in one date, clinic hosting fees to clubs and spending of Women’s Worlds proceeds.
