Summary:

Mark Johnson of Edmonton defeated Karsten Sturmay of GP - Johnson The 2011 World Senior Champion, had a 4-1 scoring advantage in the crucial 4th through 6th ends – proving to be the difference against the Junior upstart Sturmay.  Johnson takes home, the 2014 GP Cash Spiel on the SunLife Financial Competitive Side.  

Grande Prairie’s Doug Small was victorious against Alberta Curling Federation (VP), PCA – Delegate Don Dumont 8-7. Dumont pressed late scoring 5-crafty points in the last three ends – forcing an extra frame.  Small pulled it out in the end – to win the 2014 GP Cash Spiel on the EnCana Challenge Division.
